2. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany, automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits automatically (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of access). This data is used for the technical provision and security of the website and is not merged with other data sources.

3. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, phone or the contact form, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, event date, message content) is stored exclusively to process your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual enquiry or performance of a contract).

We use the service FormSubmit (FormSubmit.co, operated by Elite Feed Media LLC, USA) for the technical delivery of the contact form. Your form entries are forwarded to us by email via this provider's servers, without being permanently stored there. The form also contains a honeypot field that is invisible to you, used for automated spam detection; it stays empty when filled out normally and does not collect any data about you. 4. Google Fonts

This website uses the fonts "Fraunces" and "Inter" from Google Fonts. When you visit a page, your browser loads the required fonts directly from Google's servers (Google Ireland Limited). 5. Video content

The video files embedded on this website are delivered directly from our own server, not from an external platform such as YouTube. No data is transmitted to third parties.

6. Social media links

In the footer, we link to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. These are simple links — visiting this website itself does not transmit any data to these platforms; only when you actively click a link and visit the respective platform does that platform's own privacy policy apply.

7. Cookies

This website currently does not use any of its own tracking or marketing cookies. Technically necessary cookies may be set by embedded third-party services (see above).

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to request information about the data we hold about you, as well as to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact info@manulive.at informally to do so.
